Having been transferred from Toronto to Vancouver in the fall of 2009, we found our self in a bind as our Toronto home sold very quickly. As it turned out, our search began by dialing a wrong phone number and we were directed to Nicole Langfield. It's probably the best mis-dialed phone number we ever made. Russ and I knew we wanted to live in Morgan Heights but only had less than a month to find a new home. Nicole found us the perfect home that was almost finished and she negotiated so well for us we even got into the new home prior to the 2009 Christmas holiday season.
