Nicole Langfield

I joined with Homelife Benchmark Realty in October 2007 after working for two years as an assistant to my father, Richard Langfield, who is a real estate developer and accomplished residential realtor.  Before I joined the real estate industry I worked as an accountant and office administrator. Although I enjoyed that job very much, I longed for a career where I could use my vibrant personality along with my strong office skills to help facilitate positive movements in the lives of others.

I reside in White Rock with my Husband and 6 year old daughter. I have lived in South Surrey for most of my life and spent most of my younger years in Cambell Valley at the barn riding horses! I also spent three years living in downtown Vancouver. Having been surrounded in those areas has helped me gain vast knowledge in Real Estate. Now that I have my own family I am excited to plant roots in the same community that I grew up in.  In my free time my passions are riding horses, snowboarding, painting, and photography.  I am an advocate for natural health and believe that regular exercise and meditation help me to remain balanced and focused in a busy work environment. 

I am very passionate about my career and look forward to helping people find their ideal home and realize their dreams while I myself follow my own dreams of raising a family in a community that holds so many memories and so much value to me.  I look forward to working with you in the future.
